School Director for Executive Education

Nic is a Chartered Psychologist with 20+ years of experience in training, development, and consultancy. Previously a Company Director, Nic has led projects for government and national organisations, focusing on impact and engagement.

Dr Ruth Brooks

Dr Ruth Brooks

School Director for International

Ruth joined the university in 2005 with a finance background. Her research examines how class, gender, & ethnicity affect employability. She teaches modules on work in society and employability skills, supporting UK and international students in career success
